NAME. Clara Oswald

CANON. Doctor Who

CANON POINT. 9x12, "Hell Bent"

AGE. 28 (b. November 23, 1986 / d. November 21, 2015)

HOUSING. Small condo in Sanctum, "inherited" during the blackout.

JOB.

VEHICLE. Janky blue hearse. Don't worry - it's been cleaned.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS.
APPEARANCE. Five feet and one inch of whoopass. Straight brown hair, overlarge brown eyes, and a slightly funny nose. A notoriously wide face, frequently the butt of public commentary. Wears short skirts, motorcycle boots, and a lot of rings. Tattoo on the back of her neck that reads "000".

VOICE. Lancashire accent. Talks too much and too fast. Bubbly and manic, or clipped and commanding, depending on the situation .

PERSONALITY. Friendly and charming on the outside, shrewd and calculating on the inside. Doesn't know how to do a damn thing halfway. Loves with a terrifying intensity, and would absolutely go to hell for someone she cared about. Theatrical and self-obsessed. A nearly pathological liar, and a master manipulator. Once got in a fight with Gandhi. Has been known to cheat at board games. Might have a slight death wish, or just a startling lack of self-preservation. But it's fine, really. She's fine.

MEDICAL. Clara's body is frozen in time, in the nanosecond before her death. Her heart doesn't beat, she doesn't need to breathe, eat, sleep, or any other typical necessities of life, and if you cut her she won't bleed. So functionally, she is both dead and immortal.

Though she doesn't need to blink or breathe, it's still a habit for now. She will do both less often than the average person however, so feel free to notice that. And if your character would typically hear heartbeats, they will not detect one from her.
