Pros for both: they're not human. Pros for Aerith, she's a lovely girl and we had a grand time making fun of people who are stupid about non-humans who look like humans. Cons for Aerith, I don't know her all that well. Pros for Saint Walker, I trust him, I live with him, I'm sure he'll keep a secret. Cons for Saint Walker, he's a bit of a hippie and I don't know how well you'd react to that.

There's some part about this world that I wouldn't want to give up on either. But I can't help but think that if the TARDIS were here, I'd simply shove my people all in there and swan off.

Well that depends, doesn't it? There's you and Hazel and even though none of you are technically people, you're still my people. Julian's definitely one of my people whether he realizes it or not.

So is there a word for that other than just "not people"? You've got to have a positive qualifying term.

I don't see why there has to be a word in the first place. There's people, there's not people. It's just like how there's blue and not blue.

There's blue, and then there's all the other colors. If you say "not blue" then no one knows what you're talking about!

Your point can't be generalized if there's a vast amount of situations in which it wouldn't work at all! And there are certainly more than two types of "not people" out there.
